Lino & Print Sheets

If you’re looking to do a good bit of printing then you certainly won’t get very far without something to print with!

Lino sheets are an extremely popular choice for block printing as they are available in a variety of different densities, can be carved into with relative ease, are fairly inexpensive and are hard-wearing, allowing hundreds of prints to be made from the same sheet.

Alternatively, polystyrene print sheets can be used for simpler printing jobs, as it is cheap and extremely easy to create a design on but will last for on a small number of prints before your prints begin to lose clarity.

Whether you choose to work with lino or polystyrene, both are fairly simple processes and very fun to do, so experiment a little with your printing and choose the block printing method that suits you best.
