As well as this delightful online store, you can also purchase all of your favourite art supplies from one of our “bricks and mortar” stores based in Glasgow.  Our friendly shop floor staff are dedicated to providing you with great service, helping you every step of the way in getting the art materials you need for your latest project.

Queen Street

Our flagship store is based on Queen Street, opposite the Gallery of Modern Art, and holds in excess of 30000 product lines and boasts 2500 square feet of prime art material shopping, ensuring you can pick up everything you need for your next masterpiece in one fell swoop.  As part of Glasgow’s Style Mile, Artstore is every artist’s, designer’s and crafter’s first port of call to pick up pretty much any art supplies you can think of, from sable watercolour brushes to A0 drawing boards.  Open seven days a week and pretty much all year round (though we do enjoy Christmas and New Year off, we’re not robots!), our Queen Street Artstore is Glasgow’s leading art materials store for kids, students, artists, designers, crafters and all those creative people in between.

Artstore at the Artschool

Our store at the Glasgow School of Art is the provider of art supplies to over 2000 students who attend the art school, as well as anyone else lucky enough to stroll into this homely, little store. Opened in 2006, we’ve spent the last 4 years honing down our product range so that all of our student’s needs are catered for, taking into account the often bizarre needs of many an art school student!  Situated on Rose Street in the Haldane Building of the Glasgow School of Art, Artstore at the Artschool overlooks the beautiful Garnethill Park and is just a 2 minute walk from the Mackintosh building.  Of course, you needn’t be a student to enjoy shopping at Artstore at the Artschool, as plenty of freelance artists, designers and would-be creative individuals enjoy popping in to pick up their essentials.
