We are always willing to give a little advice on any project you might be undertaking be it big or small, cheap or costly, serious or just a bit of fun. Our team are dedicated to providing you with excellent service and can offer advice on products, applications or even places to do a little more research. Simply use the form provided on our Contact page to get in touch, and give us as much detail about your project as you possibly can so we have the best idea of what you’re up to. After placing your order it is then passed on to our dispatch team who will collate all of your purchases and prepare them for posting. As soon as your order has been posted we will send you a confirmation e-mail to notify you that your package is on its way and, all being well, you will receive your order within a few days. If you are looking for an update on your order after dispatch, please contact us through the My Account section and we will be happy to update you on your purchase. Absolutely. Artstore Ltd. does not retain any credit or debit card details provided by customers through this website. Of course you can! If you wish to know the VAT rates applied on items, it is shown on your order confirmation. Please note some items are zero rated. Unfortunately we do not currently ship outside of the UK, but we are looking to bring in international ordering in the very near future. At Artstore we like to ensure that our customers get the most varied selection of special offers and prices possible and to do this we sometimes have to vary our promotions between our stores and our website. There may be, from time to time, certain promotions that are offered in store and not on the website and vice versa, but don’t fret!
